| Description: | Take the opportunity to get together with other parents of adoptive children on the first Wednesday of each month (except July). Generally a free-form discussion, topics are attendee-driven and typically include open adoption, talking to children about adoption, dealing with schools, answering questions of family and friends, and other issues of interest. The group is facilitated by Patty Bonem, Adoption Social Worker and fellow adoptive mom. Babysitting is available but advanced reservations are needed. The charge for babysitting (JPlay-infants through age 6) is $2 per hour per child up to three. There is no charge for additional children in a family. Charges are in half hour increments. Please call 513-489-1616 to reserve babysitting by the Monday prior to the meeting.
